
How I lost 67lbs and counting...
Weight has been a struggle my entire life. I was never the skinny girl—always about 20 pounds heavier than everyone else. And yes… I’ve tried every diet out there. Nothing worked… until I started listening to my body.
For me, The Kelita Way is the way:
low carb, real food, no gimmicks. I keep carbs under 50 when maintaining (under 15-20 when I want to lose), and I don’t count calories or points. Because deep down—you already know what to do. It just takes discipline.
This isn’t a diet. It’s a lifestyle.
When I have a goal, I lock in. But in real life? I believe in balance. I’ll have the wine, the fries, even dessert… just not every day.

At 45, after a hysterectomy due to endometrial cancer, I was thrown into menopause and suddenly found myself at 259 lbs at 5’2”.
I didn’t recognize myself. Everything was hard. I was exhausted, uncomfortable, and honestly… I felt like i was dying.
So I made a choice:
